don’t usually write reviews on websites, but I was so impressed with the whole service I got from Securicom Services Ltd, that I thought on this occasion I would let other people know my impressions of this company. Steve came out to my office to price for the installation of a fire alarm system, door entry and CCTV. He answered all the questions I had and explained the whole installation process.

After having two other quotes, Securicom Services Ltd were the cheapest and to be honest, came across the most helpful and professional, the very opposite to one of the companies I had out who was arrogant and rude. So I booked Securicom in for the following week. On the day, two men turned up on time, and again they talked me through what they would be doing and were both very polite. All the work was carried out in four days and once they had finished the work, they asked if I would like to inspect what they had done, which I did. All the work they had completed was neat and tidy and looked to a high standard.

So to round up my experience with Securicom Services Ltd I would have to say helpful, informative, professional, punctual and I would definitely recommend.

Securicom Services proved to be exactly what they advertised, ‘one company for all your security and protection needs’. When we relocated to our new business premises, I contacted Securicom Services for advice on our fire and security protection. After a friendly and professional consultation, I received a quotation for our fire alarm and intruder alarms systems, which we then had fitted. Since then, Securicom Services have returned to fit us out with fire extinguishers and fire blankets. They were fast, professional, reliable and reasonable, very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thank you.
